Pros
Lots of new people entering the firm at once- a lot of room for improvement.
Cons
Completely disorganized. Role overlapping for over a year. HR is completely incompetent: told me the wrong bonus at hire, told me the incorrect amount of vacation days at hire, consistently doesn't respond to emails. Technologically they're stuck in the early 2000s. They like to throw around a ton of buzz words, but fail to execute on any of them. They do not care for quality of life for many of their development staff and expect way too much, when they provide less than adequate career support. The culture is about who you know, how much you schmooze, and whether or not you'd make your entire existence about a barely afloat private wealth firm.
