Pros
Work/Life Balance is amazing. ERG's and Growth are a plus. ERGs are (Employee Resource Groups) groups at AB to promote the culture such as Family Group/Latino Group/LGBTQ+ Group/Women's Group, etc. The fact that you can mingle with people outside of your every day work colleagues is one of my favorite perks for working at AB. Very Flexible When COVID hit, our CEO and his team made sure to make us feel as comfortable as possible. We now have free therapy as a perk with Talkspace. I truly feel cared about and heard here.
Cons
I wouldn't say Management is a con because I love our managers. It's just that you typically are in charge of your own work load and your own training. I had to be independent in order to get anywhere. Self-Taught and Self-Lead without much guidance.
