Hugely advantageous and supportive environment for becoming a deeply knowledgeable subject matter expert. Strong reputation on Wall st. for high caliber research.
Cons
Competing for market share in a declining industry (i.e., shrinking revenue in a high fixed cost business was consistently a headwind to compensation and ability to access data/resources), Convoluted/complex formulas and KPIs for evaluation and compensation.
