you have to do a 6 month "training" program that is basically just forcing you to watch videos and do practice work that isn't helpful, in addition to your normal work (where you are just thrown into the fire). if you want to move up in the company, you have to go into their leadership development program, which isn't paid, and is essentially more work for no extra money.
