Pros
The firm was a proud and caring firm for those of us who were sincere hard working employees. That changed when Kraus became CEO.
Cons
Top tier of management still makes top comp even though performance is some of the worst in the industry, while everyone else works more hours with no additional comp. The family aspect is completely gone.
