Employees have no concept of a life outside of work, They only do their own job and do not know much more outside of their own function. Pretty much if you need an employee to do something and if they are out, there is not one else who does their job function. Very annoying when youre trying to get your own job done. Co workers or groups dont know how to be in a team.
