Very strange promotion policies: they often promote you without raise. Who wants more responsibilities with no raise...? Good luck if you are not in the investment side or sales. The executives have poor understandings of non-investment risks and never allocate appropriate budget, so talented people leave for better oppotunities elsewhere.
