It is not a good company, they give target to you in a month you have to understand business flow in which module you hired for, and also take ownership, if you not able to complete than they will terminate you with-in two months only. so I request to all, if you able to take this risk than only join this company otherwise leave it. And this is good with CTC but make sure risk component.
