      - People on the team were great - Truly an open doors policy, upper-tier management will talk to you

      Cons

      - No way to compare success - Odd metrics/low transparency for job promotion, don't actually care about work product - Nothing too special about the firm--pay, work - Stuck behind others in the industry (not beating competition in output, way behind the technology curve, lots of red tape)
