Pros

Good location, good co-workers, great industry. There is great potential in this company, economic times and poor past decisions seem to keep it from really blossoming as a great place to work.

Cons

Economic conditions have caused deep cuts in employee benefits, compensation, and development that are likely not to come back. As regulated utility, costs that are not directly part of the utility business of providing energy are difficult to include once they are removed.

- Decent pay - Co-workers good to work with - Home each night

Cons

- Processes and systems aren't as efficient as they could - Select managers shouldn't be in managerial roles - Executives are not in touch with middle management and field workers
