Not quite sure what to add since Alliant it is not a very healthy place to work at.

If you are thinking about a career at Alliant, save yourself the headache: - the company gaslights employees when they bring concerns to the table and leadership doesn’t do anything about the issues - leadership is a joke and only worried about their paycheck - why do you think Alliant started responding to these comment sections because they are trying to hide the bad management - the company doesn’t care about diversity, they didn’t promote the DEI director, they don’t promote black, Asian and latinx talent into leadership (racist and ignorant) - you can’t trust leadership to push accountability - old school energy mindset - company write fake “good” reviews
