Pros

Ability to work from home! Only pro!

Cons

CEO needs to walk away fast! Making many very bad decisions! CIO is ruining the company and is clueless…but look who hired him! IT cut staff by nearly 50 people and now after hiring an outside consultant company (spending millions!) to figure out why staff isn’t happy! The CIO says IT doesn’t have morale issues, they have lack of motivation!!! No kidding! Dumping more work on those of us still there! It’s NOT a good place to work! Oh…and they are hiring some employees back (that they cut last year) as contractors and paying them $150/hr…facts! But us employees who have been here 20 yrs, aren’t even making 1/4 that salary! They are here to help get the work done when we were determined we were overstaffed. That’s pretty crappy! Oh, and their diversity push! It needs to stop! Hire the best candidate for the job. Nobody should feel like a minority or anything different than a human being! Everyone should be treated the same. Like if union employees lose their title of “Chief” due to racism…maybe the CEO should change his title as well! Facts!
