- Family Oriented - Great Environment - Community Service is Emphasised - Room for growth and encouragement

Cons

- Locations have historically been limited to Rochester and near surrounding area. This has been improved over the last couple of years.

None honestly maybe free lunch but even that is terrible

Cons

Don’t work here terrible culture no work life balance barely knew 2 peoples name in the office after working there for multiple months
