Wow where to start....They have customers but they try to do the absolute minimum with out being prepared always looking to scam to get more business or employees to cover multiple accounts so they can say the have "x" amount of techs on account but barely care at all if job is done right. The all mighty tickets is king "good we can bill for more " is a common phrase..deceptive representation to customers and employees..One manager said to get raise you can get new certs and then another manger comes on ( high turn over rate at place) and denies that's the policy. etc etc. No concern to actually serv the customer but faking it to bill more Only IT company I ever saw that doesn't use any form of technology to even help itself. Old slow pc's no imaging in whole office , systems go down many times in a year and every time they act as if the first time it ever happened no plan for failure or back up all just a shadily and cheaply done deal...amazing...and they are supposed to be tech company..LOL I have more backup failure and redundancy with my home pc's...ha ha ha
