Opportunity to work with well known Clients. Mid-management is friendly and approachable. Bradley and his team do what they can with the limited authority they are given. Free lunch on Fridays and a nice snack bar selection!
Cons
Problem starts at the top. Upper management consists of mostly family members from India headquarters. No clear strategy or direction is communicated on how to keep the company afloat in the US. Increasing number of employees from India HQ complaining about late salaries which is concerning. No real advancement opportunities. Interviews are done with a predetermined candidate already selected. No annual raise or bonuses. Prepare to fight hard for a raise. I never got one, but that’s why I’m working for the competition now.
