Pros

Leaves are granted anyhow but depends on your manager- luckily mine was best in that company

Cons

No salary increment Multiple clients to handle Those who do not work are favourites and those who work with dignity are treated as crap.. sorry for the word but it is what it is Every employee seems to be unhappy to me- they are kind of stuck over here due to 90 days NP and poor people have loans and EMI to deal with which forces them to stay over here

Meddling Middle Managers. Things can sometimes change day to day between the company I am working for, the middle managers company, and the end user company
