Pros

People who work there want to do well and the company to be successful.

Cons

-Leadership is promoted from within and stagnant. This leads to limited promotions. -Pay and salary leave a lot to be desired. Allied pays 80% of what you would see at a similar position at area companies. -Performance reviews are not indicative of pay increase. You can get a glowing review and be let go in a month. Or you can be a long time employee and be told raises would not happen for the entire year.

Pros

Allied Systems is a great place to work with fun projects, great work environment, and the ability to work across a wide range of engineering diciplines.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

If you can do your job and be quiet, you should be fine.

Cons

Lots of changes, shift changing, upper management disarray, disrespectful magagment, disorganized chaos alot, may or may not get a review or a pay bump. Decent turnover rate. Programmers don't help or exist much, getting help or changing something is yeah.... Absent. Career growth is kinda flat Pay is lacking, once a year review. No benefits that are worth it. Maybe Nike or Adidas employee access. Poooor 401K Programs are in disarray and always have problems Maintenance on machines suuuuuuck. Broken tool changers and machines frequently. 1 new machine that's a doosan. Others are old or broken. Machines and parts all over the floor. That have been disassembled from old machines or work areas. Sit in the isle way for many months.
