      Lot of ppl who teach you things work with you explain things over and over till you get it friendly as long as your working n n not screwing off they will work with you people all nice it's a fast pace job and everyone is all hands on deck when there is a job due they look after they're employees and THERE IS A GYM?!!!!!! CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH TOO 45 min lunch

      Pros

      Most of the customer service reps are friendly and knowledgeable Several managers are aware of problems and are actively trying to improve things.

      Cons

      Claims to never let go of employees from acquisitions yet had a workforce reduction without warning. Lack of proper instruction/training to complete tasks. Lack of structure and proper procedures/policies for employees to follow. Poor communication across locations No consistency across locations
