Most of the customer service reps are friendly and knowledgeable Several managers are aware of problems and are actively trying to improve things.
Cons
Claims to never let go of employees from acquisitions yet had a workforce reduction without warning. Lack of proper instruction/training to complete tasks. Lack of structure and proper procedures/policies for employees to follow. Poor communication across locations No consistency across locations
