Pros
I have worked for Allscripts almost 2.3 years as QA and It is the best company I have ever worked for..people or group is amazing and supportive. Open door policy where a transparency gets maintained. US - India , DEV-QA collaboration is the best and for all this kudos to SAFe and the leadership. High quality and process standards are getting maintained. One can find work-life balance and free hand to do the things differently and more productive(no Orthodox). Apart from work culture and effective leadership other pros includes: Employee Assistance Program , House assistance program, free cab facilities, quarterly team building activities,WFH, full microsoft product stack, open to efficient utilities/S/W, full support to the licenced s/w with a valid justification. Rich Applications, ETL s and usage of Azure cloud platform.
Cons
I could not think much of the cons but promotion could be one ..slow promotions.
