      Pros

      Base and Commission, some months better than others, able to see the full scope of the options for self insurance, a reputable brand

      Cons

      the reputation can be a con when things don't go as expected and claims are denied, the underwriting is atrocious and pricing is sometimes inconceivably high

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
