      no pros the, nothing but con, look else where

      Cons

      It sucks, HR 17.50 + Commission ( have to make sales before you start earning toward you take home. 75% of the leads are not vetted

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
