      Pros

      You get trained, they provide equipment and all the good things, they have guides that make it easy to learn quicker, underwriting is always there to help you.

      Cons

      You're monitored if work from you (at least my office did), low pay and high-call volume. Sometimes I couldn't even take breaks with how much the phone would ring.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
