      Free parking, on-site cafeteria, ATM, and small convenience store. 401k, health, dental, vision, legal insurance available.

      Cons

      Cliques everywhere-just imagine Jr. High. Promotions exist only for those who have been there a while vs people who actually deserve them. Unlike other major insurance companies, Allstate DOES NOT offer yearly bonuses. Also, starting pay is $15.00/hr which is not enough pay to do what is asked of you during the course of your job.

      Pros

      Was offered and job. Turned down. Shipped items back. The company shipped equipment to my home. Requesting I take it to office. Turned the offer down kindly, I sent equipment back requesting reimbursement.

      Cons

      They would not reimburse me $40. Attempted to reach out to company before sending equipment back for labels. I was ignored.
