      Pros

      The benefits package is pretty good. I like the PTO days and the ability to buy more days. Colleagues re friendly.

      Cons

      Poor Leadership. They speak of inclusion but when it comes to letting the employees know what's really going on they fail miserably.

      Pros

      Flexible when it comes to how to get the work done. While working remote you don't have to waste time driving to location. You have the ability to work at night to catch up on workload if needed.

      Cons

      The strong achievers may end up getting more workload.
