floor mgmt. allows to much unprofessional behavior and bad language on some teams. some workers are "in good" with their direct leads and the manager of all people who actually covered for them. These same individuals as long as they bring in the $$$, they can get away with things that the folks who try to produce results in a more ethical manner as we were trained can not. It's all about the $$$ in the subrogation dept and who you get to know once your in there. Make sure your a good suck-up, because otherwise they view you as someone to keep an eye on.
