      Pros

      As a web developer, the pay was very competitive.

      Cons

      The benefits were terrible for a company of its size. I saw many cases of sexual harassment or bullying get brushed under the rug by managers playing favorites. Learning and creativity ground to a halt for myself and others due to the stifling management and culture at the CompoZed Lab.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
