Pros
The medical benefits are good. They still have a pension & a 401K.
Cons
No work life balance. Very late hours, they believe its normal to work a 12+ hours a day. The finance department is poorly structure. They are never on time with meeting with their staff. You do not have a set time to leave although you only get paid for 8 hours a day.
