Foot in the Door but not Advancing - Claims Processor Allstate Employee Review

There is an extreme amount of favoritism and nepotism with this company. It works great if you already have family working there. If you are not apart of the "golden circle" you will go on infinite interviews and be overlooked for opportunities you have the credentials for. Meanwhile, individuals in the "golden circle" do not need a degree and they will get the position you applied for that that requires a degree!
