Coming from an adjusters point of view... They do not care about their employees. Their staff is horrible and don't know their "bootie" from a hole in the ground. Very ignorant in trying to set up a day for an adjuster. Unless you have seniority then don't expect getting any good time off because the dates are already taken. Work is most of the time a 9 hour day and don't get time for lunch. Then you're expected to spend your evenings calling folks to set up the next days appointments. They hold money out of your check to drive a company car! Took a loss to work for them. Big mistake. Should have stayed with S.F.
