      The claims process is smooth most of the time Great marketing keeps business coming through the door Easy to use software database

      Cons

      Very tough to beat majority of the competitors in the market Some of the software that is used is very dated and resembles the game pac-man

      Pros

      Great benefits, pto can be ok same day without manager approval so long as you have time & there's availability to take off

      Cons

      Goals constantly changing, which means commissions is always changing for the worse of course. You're not human there, call center environment from hell. I felt like a zombie
