      Pros

      The cafeteria on site was nice. You can earn more vacation time than a typical job. Strong emphasis on training instead of throwing you to the wolves.

      Cons

      It is very hard to move up in the company because so many people are doing the same job.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
