      Great work/life balance. Benefits and time off are above average.

      Cons

      Compensation is some of the lowest in the industry. Good ol boy network. Numbers count for nothing, its all who you go drinking with.

      Great benefits, pto can be ok same day without manager approval so long as you have time & there's availability to take off

      Cons

      Goals constantly changing, which means commissions is always changing for the worse of course. You're not human there, call center environment from hell. I felt like a zombie
