      Great people and inclusive diversity philosophy. They make an effort to let employees know that they appreciate what we do. Lots of vacation time and decent benefits.

      Cons

      The pay is very low for the industry standars and all that is expected of you.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
