Pros
CAT pay is good. Good PTO. Internet reimbursement. Remote work. My direct manager is awesome. Field claims are good but they are slowly disappearing
Cons
They are slowly removing field positions (meaning no more traveling) and replacing the positions with all virtual. The home inspectors are now just 3rd party vendors who usually do a poor job. The virtual claims have Very unrealistic expectations leading to poor work life balance. You’re only supposed to get 4-5 virtual claims a day for production. However you can get just about unlimited of your own supplemental claims that does not count towards production. I’ve had up to 10+ claims a day. Upper management does not seem to care to improve. Turnover is horrible
