      Pros

      Team was great including the Agency Manager Decent hours and work from home environment.

      Cons

      Barely any calls. Long days in the Q with no real leads. Allstate doesn't like anyone that has even one ticket or accident or a perfect insurance score. They make it really hard to write business. I could have closed many more deals- but they were handed off to other Brokerages.

      Pros

      Flexible when it comes to how to get the work done. While working remote you don't have to waste time driving to location. You have the ability to work at night to catch up on workload if needed.

      Cons

      The strong achievers may end up getting more workload.
