Pros

Benefits, 20 days PTO, health, dental, life, etc mostly paid for by the company. Flexible work arrangements with all remote.

Cons

Impossible metrics to hit. Work load is overwhelming (5 claims/day), expect 8+ claims on Monday minimum from over the weekend. Depending on your manager there may be some micromanagement. Especially with phone metrics. Dealing with angry customers all day. Unless it is an obvious accident, 50% of the people will not be happy with your decision.

Pros

Good benefits and ok PTO

Cons

Terrible pay and composition structure. Point bassed systems are only used to screw your sales agents out of money. I doubt they will be around another 50 years. Management proudly says that the way to move up is "be good where you are". Upper management is disproportionately F. All the agents hate the job and its very obvious to see.
