      Pros

      Very good benefits, Management very good with promoting work / life balance...if you need a day off here and there, they are really supportive.

      Cons

      Not sure if this is a reflection of the company, but my particular department was very cliquey, and everyone was in everyone's business. Felt a lot like high school at some points. Lots of downsizing which makes everyone nervous.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
