You get alot of time off at Allstate. And that is the only benefit you recieve at this company. All other aspects of employement are negative
Cons
Terrible pay, poor management, aweful communication, weak strategy and a very bad outlook. I have been at Allstate and I can say without a doubt that it is one company that you do not want to work for
