Pros
Good at providing training, and is a good starting point to break into the insurance industry. They do have remote positions available in some departments.
Cons
This company micromanages the front line employees to the extreme. There is also a great deal of favoritism. Just because you work hard and do your best, does not mean that you will be promoted. At best, you can make a lateral move. Which in some cases, could mean a pay cut for you. It is very hard, almost impossible to move from a front line employee to becoming an Adjuster or moving into an entirely different department. It has been done, but it's extremely rare. My old boss moved from another department and had no idea what she was doing. I had more knowledge than she did. However, me along with others with more experience than me, were met with resistance anytime we tried to move up. Plus, this is a very stressful job, and the company just kept adding more and more work. Regardless of the fact that were were short staffed. They didn't care that we were short staff, they continued to give us more work from other departments.
