Pros
Excellent leaders who actually care about you as a person. if your struggling in an area they look at it as an opportunity for improvement and help you with it which was a drastic difference from when I worked for Kroger where anything you were struggling with was looked as it was your problem fix it now. I love the support here and the pay is great.
Cons
the only con I have is sitting on my butt all day, but I get up often and move around the 5 feet my cord will allow me and on breaks and lunch I walk. The thing is EVERY job has its pros and cons. I have been in the work force for corporations for several years and dealt with the corporate crap of im corporate your a peon , THEY DO NOT DO THIS at allstate and I love that.
