Pros

Opportunity to make good money Get to talk to people Get to help people

Cons

Sales can be hard Allstate is not cheap and you have to sell quality over price You have to hit high goals to get any commission as an office. If you are the only salesperson it’s going to be really hard The agency you work for really determines your success. If you have a good agent that will put the work in to train you and get you the recourses needed to succeed you can make good money

Pros

Schedule is 10 on 4 off which is better than most carriers CAT pay (commission) is just fair and not difficult to acquire so you can rely on it consistently. Very helpful and patient work environment.

Cons

Can be a lot of work just have to make sure to stay on top of it so it doesn’t build up I would say the hours can range from 6-12 a day
