      Ok benefits. Toxic work environment. Unrealistic metrics. Unrealistic amount of work.

      Cons

      Allstate will use any excuse to put you on PIP and fire you at the first chance they get. Allstate won't vest immediately. Allstate will provide 20 PTO days because they will make you salaried so you are forced to work 60-80 hrs a week.

      Flexible when it comes to how to get the work done. While working remote you don't have to waste time driving to location. You have the ability to work at night to catch up on workload if needed.

      Cons

      The strong achievers may end up getting more workload.
