      Good pay, PTO, and Per diem.

      Cons

      When customers leave bad reviews due to no coverage it falls on the field adjusters. Benefits are high. Managers can kick pending task down the road and it come back and bite the adjusters.

      Great benefits, pto can be ok same day without manager approval so long as you have time & there's availability to take off

      Cons

      Goals constantly changing, which means commissions is always changing for the worse of course. You're not human there, call center environment from hell. I felt like a zombie
