We appreciate your feedback. All management is put through extensive training before beginning their role. Guidelines are put in place for these roles to ensure efficiency across departments. We seek to create a work environment that promotes each other and highlights the skills each employee brings to the company. We are concerned this is the first we are hearing of this as the human resources team has no record of being notified in the last 4 years of any situations arising in that location.
