      Pros

      Privately owned by the Lyons family with an extremely devoted and caring president and CEO, highly motivated and fast growing company, very large with a lot of room for growth, very diverse divisions of the company as well, huge perks like company car, phone and laptop, great benefits

      Little training for a lot of responsibility, very high and sometimes unrealistic expectations,

      Pros

      - lots of autonomy - fast paced - interesting global network - down to earth CEO - I personally love the culture

      Cons

      Culture can be overwhelming for some people. There are high expectations to perform and also fit in. Some of the old guard do not want to change with newer management ( but seems to be working itself out)

      Always something to repair or maintain. Supervisors are understanding of family or personal needs. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Breakdown in communication between departments. High level employees have no idea how hard the production employees work.
