I can 100% verify the other stories about the owner (Dr. Lyons) being a bully and disrespectful of his employees. I've 100% verify the stories about him pouring a non-alltech beer over an employees head as well as other stories where he had embarrassed employees in front of co-workers. He fashions himself like the Godfather, however most view him as a pathetic leader. I've heard that lately Dr Lyons is in poor heath so others are now in charge and it's a HUGE power play happening. With Dr. Lyons declining heath, company will implode. Please! DO NOT GO TO WORK FOR THEM! You will be sorry. Current management is inept and insensitive to employees and are so eager to grab power the reputation of Alltech in the local area is falling fast. The glory days are over for Alltech.
