      -Decent pay -Good benefits including insurance, 401k, vacation -Large company with big presence in it's field -Some decent people work there

      Cons

      -Cult like atmosphere -Sexism throughout the workplace -Unappreciative towards employees -Upper management is disconnected -Pay is average at best, and raises are strictly cost of living raises -The employees there are miserable -Values corporate suck ups instead of skills and experience

      Pros

      - lots of autonomy - fast paced - interesting global network - down to earth CEO - I personally love the culture

      Cons

      Culture can be overwhelming for some people. There are high expectations to perform and also fit in. Some of the old guard do not want to change with newer management ( but seems to be working itself out)

      Pros

      Always something to repair or maintain. Supervisors are understanding of family or personal needs. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Breakdown in communication between departments. High level employees have no idea how hard the production employees work.
