      Pros

      Work with other people in different countries, the Alltech simposioum is great to hear and meat good word business speakers ( you can only go there if you are in sales departament or if you sell many registers to your costumers) if your work in other dept different than sales.

      Cons

      The company doesn't have HR, the oldest people there have the power of choice who is good and who dont... Who leave and who stay ... Thats really bad for any professional aspirations or the good company way

      Pros

      - lots of autonomy - fast paced - interesting global network - down to earth CEO - I personally love the culture

      Cons

      Culture can be overwhelming for some people. There are high expectations to perform and also fit in. Some of the old guard do not want to change with newer management ( but seems to be working itself out)

      Pros

      Always something to repair or maintain. Supervisors are understanding of family or personal needs. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Breakdown in communication between departments. High level employees have no idea how hard the production employees work.
