Pros
The benefits, erg's, engagement etc are all great on paper.
Cons
The culture is fake, they are not trying to be a good employer, they are only increasing their marketing efforts. HR put out a communication about inclusivity for all abilities and how great they are for supporting disabled employees. This is all a lie to try and win employee awards. I have been working for the past year and a half submitting certified doctors' recommendations for workplace accommodations that would have no impact on my job. I have professionally followed up with HR and my Leadership. Immediately on submitting an accommodation request, I was treated like a troublemaker and it was insinuated I was lying. Ally has offered me no support in navigating their workplace with health issues and disabilities. This company is not disability friendly at all. I have so much paper work on the file and my department lead won't even let me work at home intermittently when I am having a bad health day. This is not inclusive.
